Airtel Network — non connecting of outgoing calls

My number [protected]. After completing all formalities for sim porting and up gradation to 4G, out going call say “cannot be connected this call try later”. Daily I was visiting your office and they send mail to concerned people further say technical problem for last 29 days. My recharging is expiring tomorrow. Please do needful at the earliest. Thank you
