Am facing network related issue. Reference number is 84825570. My contact number is [protected].
For that am going explain to costumer care executive on dated 21/04/2018. My expectation are as per the below.
1. 21/04/2018 as per the dated i am trying to call costumer care. But the call got force fully disconnected.
Why its happen.in case of feature to whom i need to contact. Because i am unable to contact.
2. And the same day 3rd time i contacted floor supervisor. As he promised i will arrange from manger. But i did not get any call.
Why?
3. For the same network issue your network people is asking some more day to resolve. Am losing my business. Am getting loss more the one lack per day.
Who will fill my loss? Because while taking your services your people promised as we will provide good services ¿. Did you mean by its a good service.
4. Yesterday your floor supervisor promised me as we will investigate why the call got disconnected. We will let you as investigation report through mail.
Why am not got any mail for the same.
5. Today i called executive and told, he is informing me as the network related is got resolve for that it will take time.
