This is with reference to my four requests raised. Request No.: [protected]raised from [protected]) [protected]raised from [protected]) [protected]raised from [protected]) [protected]raised from [protected]) Details: 1) Why can you guys close the requests without letting the customer know about the status? 2) Network team makes fraud by closing the requests stating customer refused to allow us for visit and customer is not even aware of the same. 3) Person who has to pay visit for survey doesn't call you or will give you a short missed call and you get a message from a number stating you are not reachable and request will be closed, the pain point is that you can't even call back to that number. This is actually fraud in name of laziness by your employees. 4) If the surveyor comes, he will not register his survey report as company is in fault and network is not at all up to the mark. But your open network info shows good network which you are misleading the customer. Details: Four requests have been raised as mentioned and no action till date. When I raised the same for porting, you feared employees call and ask for a reason and then say that we will address your issue. You culture and customer satisfaction level is poor and is looting the people in name of open network and 4G. You can't provide 2G networks and you claim for 4G. It sucks. I hope some action should be taken or else I will take to TRAI what fraud are you guys doing in the name of open network. Don't go to Jungles to provide the network at least work here & provide at home first or shut down your good for nothing telecom company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
