Airtel — network/call/data issue

Using a corporate Airtel number in Raipur(Chhattisgarh). Airtel claims over the television to be the fastest and most available network among all the Service Providers. but the truth is its all fake and just making a fool of customers. Being a corporate employee cell phone is a must to have need and having one with Aitel network is same as having no phone at all.
however i have made this complaints n number of times with their custome care but highlighting the issue with ticket number this time.

same issue has been reported twice by me.Both of these complaints are about network issue becuase of that i am not able to make calls or to use data from past so many months including facing high level congestion is network from evening 6 everyday from anywhere. Airtell customer care committed to sort out the issue in 4 days of time. But still i havent seen any action and issue remains same. These people are so careless about cutomers because generally we do not take a stand against their poor quality of service. We pay but we do not get the service we deserve.
