Airtel — new broadband connection in kolkata | |||
I have submitted all the documents on 3rd July for new broadband connection in Kolkata. The person who have collected document and installation charges is Subhankar Chakranorty, his mobile no is [protected]. He told me that on 4th July installation will be done. I am calling him since 4th July for the installation but he is not receiving my call. I have raise 6-7 complain in customer care but nothing happened so what do i do?
