[Resolved] Airtel — New Broadband Connection - Refund not processed for more than a month | |||
I had ordered a new airtel fiber broadband connection on 8th June, paid and the connection was given on the same day. However the technician who came for installation informed me that the port isnt enabled and it will take 2-3 hours for activation. Since then i have been relentlessly following up with Airtel Customer Care and through other channels such as Twitter and Facebook but no one responded. On 21st June they had finally pointed out that connection to my area is not feasible and hence they are initiating a refund which will be processed in 7 working days. After the end of 7th working day, on my email i received a response that it will be processed within 8-12 working days. Today being the 13th working day, i havent received my refund yet and there is no communication from Airtel's Side.
