I have done a recharge of 1699 ruppees on my airtel number [protected] on 2/12/19 before the new tariff got implemented. During that that time i had an existing plan, which was valid up to 18/2/2019. Immediately after the recharge my existing validity got expired and the new plan got activated.
I have done that because i heard that the recharges can be qued up before the tariff hike. Please look into this and provide an immediate solution to this issue.

Hi i can not speak nor hear on calls through my airtel number i am facing this issue since 2 months its waste and creating lots of issues
