Airtel — no able to recharge through app

My latest recharge history.

After many many mails to the airtel team, no proper response. My main number is airtel, now i am lost i i don't have any mobile connectivity, i am not receiving bank messages, no calls, no banking similar to be like "just f — ked up!!!"

I am trying to recharge my airtel account, nothing is happening. I am also attaching screenshot please, kindly take a look.

Ticket number i raised last time, i heard that will be resolved in 70hrs, i dont know how many times i heard that from airtel customer care, i cannot count.

Before that i did not keep track, i don't know how many times i called the customer care. Seems to be like you people are not taking things serious, its like a joke to you people.
