Airtel — no broadband connection provided after payment of installation fee and monthly rental in advance | |||||
I'd requested for an airtel broadband connection, for which the executive sent by airtel asked me to pay the installation fee of ₹1000 + gst and monthly rental of ₹499 + gst, a total of ₹1768/- in total and have never heard from them again. I was given a technician's contact number. I call him and he asks me to wait until he finds a nearby port to provide internet connection to me. After two days when i call him, he says there is no feasibility. If there is no feasibility, why should the airtel executive come and receive my money when he clearly knows he can't provide me the broadband connection. During receiving the amount, he said there was no fiber connection available, but copper wire connection was available. Was this information helpful? | |||||
