Airtel — no internet connectivity and no solution from service provider | |||
I am facing this issue where i cannot connect to the internet even though my network strength is excellent, shows 4g coverage, have data balance. I have called the airtel customer case 20 times in last 3days but the problem isn't solved yet. I visited the airtel office got my sim card changed, the problem didn't solve yet. I am facing too much inconvenience because of this issue and all my work has come to stake. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid the activation fee rs 500 on 1-01-18. Till now no one came to install the broadband connection. I have called customer care but they just put me on hold and then disconnect the call. Its been more than a week now. No one is helping me. Hope to see a help.
