Hello, I have registered a complaint for Airtel broadband internet connection disconnect on 26th December, 2022, 1:19PM. Ticket ID: [protected]. Airtel engineer visited my place and identified the problem that Broadband main cable has been cut off outside, and it has been communicated to the concern team to rectify the issue on the same day. But there is no team visited on 26th dec to fix that. I also informed the same to the local Airtel team member (Rajesh) on the next day morning (27th dec 2022), he also promised this issue will be solved soon. I was waiting for the entire day but no response from the Airtel side. Till today (28th dec 2022), I have connected with Airtel customer care more than 6 times and talked with four 1st supervisors, I am getting the same reply that it has escalated as high priority. Till now no resolution provided. I am facing this internet problem for 3 days. I already paid for 3 months. I am very much disappointed with the service provided by Airtel. As I am working from home, and in high priority projects for a private company, I couldn't work for 3 days due to this issue. Very worst service from Airtel broadband. I wanted to bring this into this forum to get a quick resolution. Or else I wanted to disconnect Airtel Xtreme Fiber connection and claiming my remaining payment which I already paid for the next 2 months. Please do the needful. Thanks.
