[Resolved] Airtel — no mobile network after porting | |||
Hi, Today i received the message from vodafone that my port request is approved and by 11:30 pm on 23/08/2018 my number will be ported. When i checked around 12:30 am 24/08/2018 my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working. Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. My problem has doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working. If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also. All they are saying is give it some time. Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loss that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim.
