Airtel — No network for over an hour

There is no network in my mobile for over an hour. the network suddenly went off. I had an order placed with BlinkIt and i am sure the delivery person will not be able to reach me and my money wil be lost.
Unable to contact anybody not even the call centre.
Tried switching off the mobile and switching it back on. Taking out the sim, cleaning it and reinserting it.
But nothing is helping.
