My Internet services were down is NOT my concern. It does happen sometimes due to factors beyond our control.
However, after raising an SR no one contacting me for over 4 days & SR remaining OPEN for so long is a concern.
You indicated that SR gets closed automatically after 15 days. This does not help because if I face a new issue in those 15 days while previous SR is OPEN in your system, I will not be allowed to open another SR and thus no one will attend me. This process does not seem promising.
Once an SR is raised, you assign it to an engineer and they are expected to contact the customer in stipulated time.
This process did not happen.
I hope Airtel have understood the real concern and will work towards continually improving your services.
Another observation I have is that your customer experience team is operating from behind such telephone system that we cannot contact you. The numbers that you call from, if I miss a call and dial back, it does not connect. It seems your numbers do not accept incoming.
