Airtel — no proper network in my area | |||
Hello... I am living in an meghalaya, india in tura...in an area called rongkon. The network here is pathetic even though it shows 4g. Calls drop all the time and the internet is impossible to use.. There are many airtel users around this area who are greatly suffering.. Please send your engineer or whoever is capable of dealing with this matter.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was trying to upgrade my 3G sim to 4G by sending my new sim number on 121 through old sim number. I too replied 1 after their reply. I too confirmed them via a phone call but I keep getting the reply as: incorrect sim number.
