Im living in a village where there is more than 5000 peoples using smartphones but we don't have 3g network service in our location.
I have complained about the same problem before 2 months but problem is not solved. The company is not giving proper answer to my problem. I have complained the same with you my complaint number 317888.

Updated by Shubhith Kumar i have mailed to appallete centre also to the nodal officer and custemer care, but no one responding to me about the network issue, they just calling and saying that the problem prpblem will resolve within one month.but nowit crossed almost 3motnths still we don't have 3G NETWORK IN OUR LOCATION .
poor custmer service from AIRTEL
