Airtel — no response for new broadband connection request | |||||
I have placed request for installation of new broadband connection on 25th september 2018. Since i am an airtel customer for more than 4 years, i preferred taking broadband connection from them. It has been almost a month since i have been following up on call center for installation of the connection. I am also in service industry and i know the importance of adherence to tat. I have been cally up several times on customer care numbers just to get more assurances that our team is looking into your complaint. I am surprised how much time it takes for a service provider like airtel to install a broad band connection. Or is it that the company has reached level where it does not requires any more new customer. I wish we could have more service providers in the market so that this monopoly of service providers like airtel is curbed and they start paying more attention to customer servicing rather than merely advertising that we provide connections in less than 4 hours.
