[Resolved] Airtel — no service after mnp and old sim already stopped and new airtel sim not working | |||
It's been 10 hours since my old sim stopped working after porting into airtel from jio. However, my new airtel sim shows "no service". It may be noted that as per telecommunication mobile number portability regulations, 2009, an operator, in the mnp process, can only disrupt the services of a customer of a maximum of 2 hours that too at night. It's been 10 hours now and my number is not activated. This is leading to a severe loss to me. The customer care is also not helping me in this regard and no reply has been received from your end after i emailed 121 and nodal officer about this same. Highly frustrated! Dec 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The sim is now working and services have been started on the new number. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
