[Resolved] Airtel — no service after mnp | |||
Just ported my jio sim to airtel on 19 june 2019 and was told that after 7 days my sim will get activated and today on 22 june 2019 got sms from airtel that *your porting request has been validated by your current operator and once your mobile displays no service insert airtel sim in the hand set and call 59059 for verification* and on 22 june 2019 at 11:00 pm my handset displayed no network and i inserted my airtel sim in my handset and it showed no service and after waiting for two hours i called customer care center "employee named raja" received call and i told him all my problem so he said that "that porting time is of 7 days you have to wait for 7 days i told him that's not fair my old jio sim showed no service and airtel also not activated how will i manage all my work as this is my primary number" actually that guy is just making excuses he doesn't know how to resolve the problem.. Its not my first case of mnp prior i ported my two sim to airtel and once the old network got no service "airtel" sim was activated with in 5 minutes and he is telling me nonsense over a call...!! Now my complain is that how will i manage for two days without my primary number.. I get all my business calls on that number only... Airtel very disappointed..!!
