Airtel — no service but billed monthly | |||||
Ported from docomo prepaid to airtel postpaid connection in october 2017. Been facing call drops when called or received in my airtel connection for the past 5 months. I have been paying for no usage at all, month on month. Here are the solutions tried out, 1. Changed to 3 different handsets (3g / 4g) 2. Changed 2 different sims from the store 3. Changed location from whitefield to indiranagar for a week Nothing seem to be working. Not able to call 121 / [protected] / [protected]. Everyone who calls are getting "not reachable" message.
