Airtel — no service in my airtel account | |
Airtel is showing no service for the past two days just after i have recharged it. This is the second time this has happened. I get no service signal after i recharge. I can’t even connect to customer care. Anyway connecting to the customer care had been a herculean task and even if you manage to get connected there is no one with horse sense there. Tried emailing, but they send an otp for account authentication which i won’t receive because there is no signal in my phone. So it has been going in loops with this automated replies from the company. Was this information helpful? | |
