[Resolved] Airtel — No wifi or landline connection since 20-5-20

Complained many times on regular basis for my 4 landlines but even after 13 days the services have not been restored. We are charged for that period in our bills inspite of the fact that we can’t even work. This is height of everything that we are handicapped and no efforts are made by the company. Earlier fir around 8 days we didn’t have mobile connections as well but those got rectified only 4 days back.
Internet and phone services are utility services and customers can’t be made to suffer for so long. Airtel seems to be very weak in restoration of services.
It is highly recommended that government should intervene and help us get uninterrupted services. One feels cut offf from the world this way.

I contacted the West Bengal customer service head Mr.Priyavrat Singh Chauhan who was king enough to get my 9 connections restored although it took a lot of time for this and that too in stages
