Airtel — non activation of sim in the sim conversion

Dear sir,
I have applied for mobile number portability from aircel to airtel on 22 february 2018, but till now (1st march) i haven't got any response from airtel. After calling up the airtel customer care many times, the response was that the request is under process.
I request you to kindly initiate an action to complete the process. My details are as below:
