[Resolved]  Airtel — Non affording of credit and net data on recharge of new sim from postpaid to prepaid. Phone [protected]

Sir/madam,
I am to state that i got new sim on account of changing my no. From postpaid to prepaid and recharge for rs.200/-. I did not get talktime amount f rs.106 and 50mb data as per the scheme due to the reason my verification was done after i put my sim in the phone.
In this regard i am to submit that i wad told that verification process takes 24 hours. But due to technical reasons it has taken three days by the airtel and that too after my repeated calls and emails from your merchant office and call center and at last after i requested to refund my money and close my connection.
Now the question is it is non of my fault or your fanchise from whom i sent my request and got a new prepaid sim. It is the failure of your management or your system and procedure.
I therefore request you to credit my account with balance and data immediately so that i can make use of the value i have paid for otherwise i will be compelled to lodge a complain in the consumer forum against you for deficiency in service on part of you.
Hope to receive an immediate and favourable action.

Sir/Madam,
I got issued a new prepaid Sim in place of postpaid Sim by paying an amount of Rs.200/- as first recharge amount. I was told that I should insert the Sim after 24 hours as it take 24 hours to complete the verification process. I inserted the Sim after about 30 hours and the system asured me that my no.will be activated within 15 minutes but it took about 3 days by your company to actually activate my no.and that too after my repeated calls and emails by your various offices.
I have to submit that this is the failure of your management and your system and procedure for verification for which I shouldn't suffer.
I now request you to immediately credit the talktime of Rs.106/-and internet data of 50MB so as to enable me to make use of the services for the value paid by me otherwise I will be compelled to lodge a complaint to the Consumer forum for the deficiency on your part.
Hope to get the positive and favourable action from your esteemed organization.
