Airtel — non-installation of broadband service despite payment | |||
I was asked to pay the activation fee and promised same day installation. I paid the activation fee on 09.12.2019. ( Payment Confirmation attached ).It has been 3 days since and even after calling the representative at [protected] about 18 times, the service has not been activated yet. This is sheer irresponsibility and to some extent cheating through false promise on part of Bharti Airtel and its representatives.The nodal office number of Airtel for Karnataka circle is[protected]. I want full refund of the paid amount in the original account it was paid from. Was this information helpful? | |||
