I purchased aitel prepaid number [protected] in jalandhar and used for 3years. On 5/1/2018 i requested to port this number to delhi circle. I was promised that my previous balance amt. Will be given me and also i got number recharged for rs180/- against which i will be getting free local/std and 1 gb data. But neither i got data nor free local/ std till date.
