Airtel — non receipt of bill and irresponsible behaviour | |||
I have notified airtel executive for n number of time to update my mailing address and send bill to my registered mailing id. But they are not listening to my concern and forwarding bill to same other mail id. I have already furnished coordinator details on company's letter pad to airtel executive but no proper response received from there end i have been pissed off with there irresponsible behaviour. For last two month i have not received any bill hence payment was not made for same. Now they are charging late payment of that bill that i didnt even received.
