Airtel — non refunded mistakenly done recharge

A recharge of 199 was mistakenly done on 22 dec 2018 Trans. Id[protected]. It was not benefitted in my account as per the customer care the reason as per customer care was the previous unlimited recharge of 199 done on 16 dec 2018 at 7:57 am trans. Id[protected] was still active. I need my money back asap. That recharge didn't made any validity increase. Customer care was not having any facility to deal with my complaint. Kindly make a proper channel to auto reimburse money in such matter and stop harassing consumers by the doing such things you guys are are taking unfair advantage of computer illiteracy in india.
