[Resolved] Airtel — NOt able to recharge online after converting airtel postpaid to prepaid | |||
Since the time i have converted my post paid airtel no. to prepaid, i am not able to recharge it online. This is very urgent. I have complained about it twice in this 4 month period. They just say that they have registered complaint and they will I see what is happening but it doesn't happen that way. And moreover I just did this two time. It is very tough to find their complaint no and talk to a representative directly. When ever I try to recharge it says enter a valid mobile number. I have been facing this issue since 4 months.
