Airtel — not able to recharge through retailer or online recharge or from airtel store | |||
I am trying to recharge my mobile number from airtel app and retailer and i went to airtel store. But the recharge is not happening. I am trying from 3 days with airtel customer care and they say they have escalated. When i call the next day they say issue resolved but it been never getting resolved.in 2 days my service will also get disconnected. Such a pathetic experience i am having and no one is responsible for the customer issue. I have converted my airtel from postpaid to prepaid and i have done 1st recharge which is successful this is the second recharge i am trying. Was this information helpful? | |||
