Airtel — not able to select channels of my choice from last 3 weeks | |||
I have been trying to create my own channel pack from last 3 week on airtel dth website. Every type i am getting a message that unknown error has occured will update soon. But update never happen. Minimum 10 time i have contacted airtel customer care number but all efforts are in vain. I am not able to do anything on this. Please help. My monthly charge which was Rs. 450/month earlier with more number of channels now has gone upto rs. 850/month with less number of channels. My airtel connection number is [protected].
