I m your post paid customer having no [protected]. I have my carry forward data pending 12 gb. Since last 2 months i haven't use data. Today i'm trying to get it use but i'm not able to use it. Than i call you to customer care they told that i have already use that data. I have not use any more but still your customer care representative not check. Then i talk to senier customer representative they told that you have changed your plan so that your data got lapse.
I request you to please check and recredit my carry forward data to my account as when i have changed my plan your reprentetive told that your pending data will carry forward.
Kindly look forward in the issue and do the needful urgently.
