[Resolved] Airtel — Not allowing porting sms | |||||
Sir my number is [protected] and I want to port my number to jio. But whenever I request to generate porting code using sms port [protected] to 1900 then sms does not delivered. All other sms are sending successfully but not allowing to send porting sms by airtel. This is clearly misuse of market power and they are clearly deying customer rights. I want this complaint to go to trai and want to take legal action against such type of arrogant mobile operators. I want to port out from airtel and want to continue with jio.
