[Resolved] Airtel — Not considered my payment for bill clearance | |||
We have paid Rs.1480 through our credit card on 27/07/2016 but same was not considered as payment and again we had to make payment for it we have sent them many mails and they assure us they will act on it, but every time they close the complain without resolving it. We have provided them repeatedly with credit card statement on which even transaction ID is mentioned again. they close our complain without resolving it Was this information helpful? | |||
