[Resolved] Airtel — Not disconnecting the broadband service | |||
My airtel fixed-line no: [protected], account id:[protected]_kk. I called up airtel customer care service and informed that we would like to disconnect the service, they informed us that they will do it. There was due of last month's payment (July 2020), then we informed them we will be paying this bill with a fine, but we don't need connection anymore. And the customer support people agreed to that. Now we received another bill, with august month combined, they haven't disconnected, but we were in a dilemma like its already disconnected and we stopped using airtel. Under the above circumstances, please cancel/disconnect my services with fixed-line no: [protected], account id:[protected]_kk. Please provide us a solution for the same, we have send themthe mail again, but havent got any kind of reply from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||
