Since yesterday morning my broadband not working and I have complained about it via email, APP, and Twitter but no response they are provided.
They just gave a fake timeline to resolve the issue in their APP. When I tried to call on customer care number then one AI answered no customer care executive is available to explain the things.
I am working in an IT company and doing work from home. I have client meetings on daily basis. And I can not be denied for that. I am paying more amount for a stable internet connection but still, they are not doing well. Also, this kind of issue occurs each week. They took the whole bill amount from us then why don't give that kind of service.
