Airtel — not getting full benefits of my recharge as mentioned in sms

I had make a recharge of 399 on 28 feb 18, after getting a msg from airtel i. E. 399 mein 84 din ki validity 1 gb / din. On same day at 10:05 am. But i only get the validity of 70 day. After talking to the customer care my representative megha luckhnow div said that you had not got any msg, what i am telling is lie, you will only get 70day, [protected]
