Airtel — not getting otp

Airtel services is are very very worst not able to connect to airtel customer care from my airtel number [protected].
Since few days i was experiencing major problems with my airtel connection.
Not getting otp to my mobile if any online base transactions done.
2. The balance. Were deducting for toll free numbers of other customer care like just dial
3. No free offers in airtel prepaid services.
4. All customer care executives we're very irresponsible in handling customer calls
Giving fake advises to customer
5. Mostly i am dissatisfied with airtel services.
I never experienced such a worst kind of services from airtel.
I think airtel is trying to fool the customers with intensive publicity of ads.& fake promises for their marketing needs.

Since my early age how airtel was
If any problem arises with airtel sim
The airtel sim will be provided with free of cost to customer.
Now they were charging 50 rupees to 100 rupees for sim replacement.
Previously airtel was provided minimum
1 gb data to airtel mnp customers who ported from other network.
Now no data is provided to customer until and unless recharge.
So in my opinion airtel can't provide any offers to their customers. It's waste of expectations.
Airtel was totally changed. As they do as their wish.
