Airtel — not giving me my recharge benefits and not able to solve my problem | |||
I am currently using airtel no viz : [protected] From the time i have ported my sim from airtel rajasthan to airtel haryana, i am not able to do online recharge. I tried contacting customer support but none of them was able to solve the problem. From past few days i have been trying to contact customer support but not able to connect. Even when connected no proper response is given by their team. And even they close complaint with out knowing my concern. On 13/9/17, i recharged my no. 399 (Ul l/std calls 84 days), after that how can you deduct my balance. And if one is to contact you there is no direct no and your 121/198 no do not forward call to customer executives. When contacted on mail, they said no recharge is done. But for proof i am attaching the screen shot of message received by me with transaction number. " The sure thing is i am going to port my number.
