Airtel — not providing 10 gb data | |||
Dear Sir, I wish to state that i am a consumer of Air Tel since many years and my mobile number is [protected]. In this regard please note that my plan was Rs. 125/- per month and in the month of December, 2019 they have change the same to Rs. 199/- per month plan with 10 GB data per month, which i agreed. My monthly billing cycle starts from 08th of the month. In the month of December, 2019 they have provided me the 10 GB data but in the month of January, 2020 they have not provided me the same and hence i have made many complaints since 11th Jan., 2020 and they given me the assurances not the bill plan benefits and i received complaint references as per details given under: - Sr. No. Date Complaint Number 1. 11/01/[protected] 2. 11/01/[protected] 3. 13/01/[protected] 4. 13/01/[protected] 5. 14/01/[protected] 6. 15/01/[protected] They are only giving assurances not providing the data in question nor replying to my satisfaction. This may please also be noted that after lapse of the substantial period of the month and they provide me the 10 GB data what will be use of that for me.
