Airtel — Not providing any services and harassing | |
We shifted our flat from Hinjewadi, Pune to Ravet, Pune on 7th Aug 2021 and raised a request for relocation. For the past four days, the Airtel team has been providing no services but registering wrong requests and at times, even lying that someone came to our house for repair while no one came. I have spoken to their team 10 times and raised requests 5 times and at least 6 people have taken my address on the phone and every time, they say that the request raised was wrong. Sometimes, they say it is the same building change, other times, they say it is a wiring problem. One person said that he visited and that service is closed, other said the customer only wanted disconnection, and they kept telling stories and then calling me for bills that they generated. There was a guy named Umesh who has been continuously lying and troubling me. I even spoke to the senior manager who committed to resolving the issue within 24 hours and yet, nothing was done. An inspection guy called me to ask if my disconnection is done in my old flat and had no awareness of my new request or address. They are even refusing the disconnect and asking me to pay the bill. I asked them to email me that disconnection is done and that this is the last bill to be paid and they refused. They are not even connecting and not even disconnecting.
