Airtel — Not providing any support and resolutions to the problem
I have re-opened my Airtel Payments Bank which was closed, by providing ₹50 in the store. But now after 24 hours of re-opening, I'm not able to do any transactions also the app is showing a error as Safe Pay is not supported by your current sim, because of which not able to do any transaction to other bank accounts also.
When I talked to Airtel Payments Bank technical executive he told to upgrade my sim. They are trying to fooling customers as I've already a 4G-enabled sim card. They also told me to recharge with a pack, I have also recharged ₹209 unlimited pack, which is nothing just a waste of money.
Now I want a clear refund of my money total of ₹259/- (₹209 + ₹50) and request to delete my Payments Bank Account details permanently and also delete all the other documents linked to Bank account such a Pan Card, Aadhar Card also.
As a student, It's my sincere request to Consumer Forum helpline, to take strict actions against them and please provide me with a refund. For me my money is very crucial as a student I've no income.
It is again a sincere request to Consumer Forum to do the needful and request Airtel to return my money as soon as possible.
