[Resolved] Airtel — Not providing me the sim connection i have chosen | |||||
Dear sir/madam, i have taken a connection on 23-1-17.Telecaller called me and said selected number is not available they preferred me another number it's ok for me(connection number-[protected]).I paid service charge through online.I had sent inline transaction id and all other proof.Till now i can't make outgoing calls and can't use internet also.So many times i have contacted telecaller and customer care, but no response from their side.The reason is they didn't done address verification.This is not my mistake.They are so irresponsible.So i decided to deactivate the number.I called customer care and telecaller continously for deactivation finally they did it yesterday.It's waste of money, energy and time.Now i ordered a new connection with selected number [protected](order id[protected].The same telecaller contacted me and told me that the connection is in another person's name.How can it be possible.I had selected the number from airtel site.
