Airtel — not receiving airtel network of my number [protected]

Sir, i have issued a simcard of airtel by offering me good scheme.
My first sim was of vodafone & through good scheme i have decided to go with airtel. They have ported my following number to airtel network.
They took my aadhar card & everything.
Since last ten days i am not receiving any network repeatedly i am enquiring about airtel network only the answer which i am getting is "i it will come" i thin they are not serious about this. I have called so many times in the last ten days i got the above answer repeatedly the same.
Please i request to look into this matter and try to solve my problem.

I have called on following number regarding my above problem but they reply repeatedly the same above answer.

What to do please help in this regard.
