[Resolved] Airtel — Not satisfactory customer care | |||||
I have phoned airtel DTH customer service on the afternoon of 2nd Nov to inform them I will be out of town for 15-20 days so de-activate the DTH connection for that period.I was told a deduction of Rs30 will be done from my DTH account & services will be stopped from the night of 2nd Nov. But everyday I am getting SMS on mobile that account expires in 1week or 2 weeks. If the company has not de-activate services for my non viewing, who is responsible for this incompetent behaviour, the company or the customer? Was this information helpful? | |||||
