Airtel — not user friendly | |||
I select a channel. It is unpaid. Screen jumps up. You force us to read it. Screen waits for some time. Then it drops down. I press next channel. That too is unpaid. Cycle repeats to make us mad. Next. On the tv, a menu appears. You want us to go through every option painfully with incomplete information stuffed in. Then you show a channel in 1/3 rd screen, the bottom 2/3 rd filled with your adv stuff. You force us to press the backward arrow to get the full screen or else it comes on its own after a long night making sure that we have read the bottom. When this happens for every unpaid channel, popping up, stay there, do down, it is sickening. Enough is enough. Your earlier software was ok. Unfortunately i selected hd and you took back the old and gave the new, the sick set up ox. Finally, by delaying our search for channel, your force us to listen your screaming ladies trying to sell the bed. Your advts are planned in such a way that, you delay us and the ads starts screaming. Besides, limited malaalam channels for us malayalees. Enough is enough.
