Airtel — number stopped working since last 2 days | |||
I had postpaid corporate connection from Airtel having mobile # [protected]. I have given request for converting it to individual number. at time of submitting request, Airtel center personal gave me new SIM mentioning that when conversion happens, my old SIM will get deactivated and new SIM will get activated. however since last 2 days neither old SIM or new SIM is working. their customer care is also not helping in any way just keep on giving new timeline everytime you call them Was this information helpful? | |||
