[Resolved] Airtel — Number suspended for no reason | |||||
I was using airtel postpaid connection for the past 8 years. A few days back i changed it to airtel prepaid since they claimed to give me great offers. My number got converted to prepaid And i had my previous bill cleared, suddenly after 2 days my number stopped working for almost 3 days. There was absolutely no response from any store or customer care. They had no valid justification as to why my number was suspended. I faced business losses because of this. And to top it all, the plans that were offered for prepaid, are not yet provided to me. I would like to get a refund of the losses faced by me cause pf the company and the harassment that i had to deal with. Was this information helpful? | |||||

First of all I had paid my bill in the morning on 8 oct 2017 but the services didnt got resumed even at 8.30 pm on that day . I called the customer care they answered that everything is ok from our end . Now what will a customer do to such an irresponsible answer . Is a customer that free to mock you around . You should be serious towards customers concern.
Now the incovenience caused my me is answered by the senior executive named Shouket that if your services didnt got barred you had not paid your bill . Is this the way a customer is dealt with. No reminder no message no call and straight away my outgoing as well as incoming call got barred . How pathetic on your part that a customer already aggrieved is answered in such an ill manner .
I said i want to close my airtel connection . No appologies from the other end and I am told that by 15 oct my no. Will get disconnected . It seems airtel has got its customers at its brim and they dont need any more . Anyways please dont do this to anybody in future . And I am going yo switch into aircel, atleast they dont talk so arrogantly.
I want an action againt the said customer care executive.i.e shouket to whom I called on 8 oct 2017 at around 8.20 pm.
Please make the procedure of closing the connection faster. And make the refund process of my amount at the earliest.
