Airtel — offer did not activated after recharge

Actually i was using an offer of 299 with 28 days o[censored]nlimited calls and 2 gb of data, today the offer expired and i got a message from airtel to renew the same offer, so i recharged with 299 again, but i did not get any main balance or data, then i called to customer care they said they cant do anything andb informed some other offer with 4 days o[censored]nlimited calls is activated on my no.

Now airtel send me the message for renewing the offer of 299 thats why i reecharged it, but after recharge they are saying there is no offer like that on 299 pack, what chould i do, iam totally harassed with the worst customer service and support of airtel and just want my 299 rs back and justice against fraudness of airtel
