[Resolved] Airtel — offer message came to number was not applicable | |||||
Hi team, I have received a message from your team that i have an offer applicable for 399 with unlimited internet and calls for 84 days validity. I just not able to find the same in airtel app, so i called customer care and spoke regarding this. They are telling me i dont have that offer applicable for me. Then why it is coming to me no answer, and they are not ready to connect the call with customer care also. Am using this sim from past seven offer, really fed up now and dont want to continue with this. If am recharged that amount without confirmation it was a big loss for me.
